Bring on Summer

This past weekend was Victoria Day, a.k.a. May 2-4, a.k.a. May run, a.k.a. May long, a.k.a. the official start to Summer!! We celebrated by taking K on his first camping trip to a local Provincial Park. The forecast for the weekend was 30C with humidex of 34C, perfect weather to sit around and do absolutely nothing!

It was glorious! We went for a couple walks, played with K, untangled Bella many many times and most importantly: slept in. The whole family. Again, it was glorious!

Summer 2012 is going to be wonderful. It started out great, there are already many adventures planned and best of all, one of my closest friends is getting married! Best of all, J will be home with me and we will be able to watch K grown and discover new things :)
