Here it is... this week's menu!
This week I'm looking forward to trying out the Roasted Chicken Legs for the first time as well as the Mongolian Beef. Randi at Sowdering About in Seattle had rave reviews a couple weeks back, so I'm sure it'll be good.
Saturday: Local beef sausage and rice (this was suppose to be on last week's menu, but we had chinese instead, oops!)
Sunday: Roasted Chicken Legs with Smashed Potatoes
Monday: Mongolian Beef, Broccoli Stir Fry and Basmatti Rice
Tuesday: Taco Salad (Lettuce, Beef in Taco Seasoning, crushed baked Tostitos, sour cream, salsa and cheese)
Wednesday: Chicken and Rice Crockpot Goulash (Cook chicken on low in a cream soup and herbs, add rice and vegetables about 2 hours before time to eat)
Thursday: Pork chops with a Bok Choy
Friday: Homemade Tacos stuffed with Chimichurri Steak, Chicken and Mango & Avocado Salsa.
